Customize your request by picking services, shoot styles, image count, and add-ons. Finalize it by adding project details, choosing turnaround time, and providing guidelines (if there are any).

Submit the request by confirming your account and we'll get back to you within 1 business day.

GET A PROPOSAL
We'll review your request and ask additional questions if needed. When everything is clear, we'll send you a proposal containing the studio location, proposed shot list, project deliverables, total price, and turnaround time.
PROPOSAL EXAMPLE     
CASTING (MODEL SHOOTS)
If you request for Squareshot to provide models, after you've accepted the proposal, we'll conduct 3 casting rounds until the models are confirmed.

Each casting round takes up to 3 business days and includes 3 candidates per requested model.

If you chose to provide your own models, we'll provide a "Terms of Conduct & Usage" agreement that needs to be signed by each model that works on Squareshot premises.
How castings work     
DELIVER YOUR PRODUCTS
Once you accept the proposal, deliver the items to the assigned Squareshot studio via drop-off or using one of the major shipping providers.

‍Drop off time: Mon – Fri: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Please do not send or drop off or ship your products before you request a shoot and accept the proposal. Make sure all the items have been included. Once we receive the items, we review the total number of images and send the invoice.

FITTING (MODEL SHOOTS)
If you opted for a "Fitting" add-on, once the models are confirmed and items delivered, we'll conduct a remote fitting process showcasing how your products and accompanying items look on the models. Organizing fittings takes up to 3 days, of which 2 days are allocated to scheduling and 1 to the actual fitting of products on the model.
How fittings work     
PAY AN INVOICE
Once your products are delivered to Squareshot and we confirmed that the items match the proposal, we send you an invoice. Once you make the payment, we move to the shooting stage. We use Stripe so you can pay with all major Credit / Debit cards.

For model shoots or if you opted for one of the on-shoot approval options, once the invoice is paid, we'll provide you with a shooting date within the first 3 business days.

WE SHOOT & RETOUCH
We start shooting your project the next business day once we receive the payment. Order turnaround time may be increased due to the high volume of projects. In such cases, we’ll inform you within the proposal. If you are in a hurry, you can select a faster delivery speed:

1. Expedited (5-6 business days) for 25% fee;
2. Rush (3-4 business days) for 50% fee.

APPROVE THE IMAGES
Once we're done, you will get a link to approve and download the images. Once you receive the images, you'll have 10 calendar days to approve them or request edits.

REQUEST REVISIONS
(IF ANY)
Please provide feedback on images within 2 calendar weeks of receiving them (if necessary). We take up to 2 business days to assess if the edits are retouchable or require a reshoot, as well as if they are paid or free of charge. After 2 calendar weeks passed, all revisions will be paid.

Retouching edits can take up to 3 business days. Reshoots might require the standard turnaround time of up to 8 business days.
SQUARESHOT'S REVISION POLICY     
RETURN THE PRODUCTS
Once the project is complete, you can make a return request from your account by uploading a return label, scheduling a pick-up, or asking Squareshot to create a return label for you. In the case of Squareshot providing a return label, you will be billed for shipping upon delivery.
